I’ve had this bag for only 8 months and the straps are fraying and there is a hole in the bottom. I have to go back to my old Targus bag that lasted for 8 years of abuse with a laptop that was heavier than my Alienware (yes, that’s possible). A bad, bad investment in a very expensive bag.

Not worth it. There is nothing special to it. The one I got had foam/pad sticking out from one of the straps, on arrival. Just a month of use and the strap began to tear. Apart from that the Alienware logo color came off (you have to be super careful to avoid that which is not possible).
The only reason I bought this was that I was hoping it would have extra padding for the laptop to be safe however, that is not the case. It is ordinary bag with just an Alienware logo on it. Also, the `Check point’ friendly thing is useless. I have always been asked to take out the laptop.
Total waste of money in my opinion.

Two reasons I am still using this bag 1) I paid a lot for it b) It has alienware logo which looks cool.
