Easy to set up,
I bought this alongside an Acer laptop. It promises a good service and I like the seamless way it works by e-mailing Squaretrade your amazon receipt. Also received a telephone call from a real person to check that I was happy with the set-up. Of course the real proof of this product will only be if I have to use if because of a problem with my laptop. And of course I hope I never have to use the service. For that reason – 4 stars.

|Sound Warranty deal for Laptop,
I checked other deals being offered along with the product that I wanted to purchase, but this SquareTrade product beat all of the others on the market for choice. The cover is exactly what I wanted and the price was very reasonable. The speedy service I received with my payment Query was first class. I received a detailed and informative reply giving me the ideal solution. Correspondence matters were dealt with briskly after purchase (I received the policy 3 days after purchase) and the follow up telephone call with regard to the policy was very reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the product and services to others.

Paperwork arrived in a very prompt fashion and I got a welcome phone call from the company to ensure had all documentation and was happy with the service.
Appear to be a well organised company with good customer service. Have given 4 stars as have not had to use the warranty (hope not to need)so don’t know how good they will be if make a claim. Still have been impressed so far
