Not good,
We ordered two of these. Nowhere does it mention that these are refilled toner cartridges. They arrived in original HP boxs but battered and taped up – obviously not new. Not necessarily a problem, but it should say that on the listing. However my main complaint was that when we opened one we had to throw it away as all the ink had leaked out into the box.
